Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Promotion Policy: 

All orders placed during Free Shipping promotions are subject to a shipping fee deduction upon return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our standard return policy, including the unconditional return policy, remains in effect.

Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days of receipt. We ship to all U.S. states, including military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery from the shipping date.

Overnight or Next Day shipping:

Overnight orders received before noon will ship the same day. Orders received after noon will ship the following day. Please contact us for special shipping requests.

Returns:

All jewelry purchases are unconditionally guaranteed. If dissatisfied, contact us within 30 days for an RGA number. Return items in their original, undamaged packaging. Precious stones and metals require careful handling to prevent damage. Shipping charges may be deducted from refunds for freight-free orders. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to buyer's remorse.

Turnaround:

All orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Our shipping hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Carriers:

We ship orders via UPS and USPS.

Order Tracking:

We provide tracking information for orders shipped with tracking numbers. Please note that some First Class USPS orders may not have tracking.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight and your location. Shipping costs are displayed before checkout, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Backorders:

Backordered items will be shipped separately upon availability without additional shipping charges.
